    Do you like to cook? If so, come and join us in making some great classic dishes and fabulous treats. Once a month, we will be creating and cooking up a storm! Learning about what it takes to put a wonderful meal together. Water and Lemonade provided most nights. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Staff members can choose to pay and eat with us. Please register ahead of time. June - No Bake Key Lime Pie in a Jar - A nice, sweet easy dessert for after dinner or just July - 4th of July Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes - Let's keep celebrating the 4th with Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes. August - No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake - Who wants to turn on the oven? Too hot to do in the summer, right?     Music Get-Together For all Music Lovers! We will sing and hopefully be able to use some instruments for the first 30 minutes, take a 10 minute break, and return for another 30 minutes of songs.   • Night Out of Eating

    Join great friends for laughs and food. Experience one of Faribault’s many wonderful restaurants. Staff must pay at the venue separately and directly to the restaurant. Staff is still asked to preregister so enough seats are reserved.
  • Pizza Bingo

    Spend the evenings with your friends playing BINGO, eating pizza and having fun! Pizza and Beverage will be served. In order to ensure that we order enough pizza, preregistration is highly recommended. There will be a cap of 40 people from now one. Participants - $13 (Includes two pieces of pizza, one beverage and one prize) Staff - $6 (includes two pieces of pizza and one beverage) - Please wait to eat after all of the consumers have been served. *Payments at Project ABLE events will no longer be accepted. If you have not pre-registered, you will be invoiced.*

August 10th - Canoeing/Kayaking with River Bend Staff Ever wanted to learn how to canoe/kayak? We will learn with River Bend Instructors Location: North Alexander Park, picnic shelter #4 (next to the smaller playground) Date: Saturday, August 20th Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Cost: $5 *There is a maximum of 15 people for this activity. Registration cut off is Friday, August 2nd.*
  • Tuesday Night Bowling League - Session 2

    Northfield Bowling Sign up for Tuesday night bowling leagues. Set up a carpool system with a friend or two. No transportation will be provided by Project ABEL Programming or staff. This league will run for two sessions. The first one will be 7 weeks long and the second one will be 6 weeks. The price includes two games and bowling shoes. Weekly bowling results will be given each evening. Lanes will be assigned based on requests and needs. Please be sure to arrive on time. Participants that arrive late will not be guaranteed original lane assignments. Tuesdays, First Session - May 14th to June 25th Second Session - July 9th to August 13th Location: Flaherty's Northfield Lanes 1700 MN-3, Northfield Time: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Price: $8 a day, $56 for the first session of 7 weeks and $48 for the second session of 6 weeks *Limited availability.
