    Join us in creating a variety of seasonal art projects. June 25th - Keepsake Boxes - Keep those precious memories stored. We will be painting and decorating keepsake boxes. Jule 9th - Canvas Tote Bags - Who doesn't need another bag while shopping or for putting BINGO prizes in. These will be great to use as well as environmentally friendly.   • Food Finds

    Do you like to cook? If so, come and join us in making some great classic dishes and fabulous treats. Once a month, we will be creating and cooking up a storm! Learning about what it takes to put a wonderful meal together. Water and lemonade will be provided most nights. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Staff members can choose to pay and eat with us. Please register ahead of time. June 18th - Pizzas - These were such a hit, we will make them again! Make your own pizza and socialize. July 30th - Picnic - It's time for a Summer Picnic! We will be having burgers, hotdogs, chips, potato salad, watermelon, water, and pop. August 20th - Jimmy John's - We will be combining Food Finds with Night Out of Eating. Please choose Turkey or Ham on the registration form.     For all Music Lovers! We will sing and hopefully be able to use some instruments for the first 30 minutes, take a 10 minute break, and return for another 30 minutes of songs.   • Pizza Bingo

    Spend the evenings with your friends playing BINGO, eating pizza and having fun! Pizza and beverages will be served. In order to ensure that we order enough pizza, preregistration is highly recommended. June July August June 6th (ASL interpreted) June 20th July 11th (ASL interpreted) July 18th August 1st (ASL interpreted) August 8th Participants - $13 (Includes two pieces of pizza, one beverage and one prize) Staff - $7 (includes two pieces of pizza and one beverage) - Please wait to eat until all participants have been served. *Project ABLE is no longer collecting money at events. You will be invoiced. This helps alleviate processing and to avoid any chances of losing money. ATTENTION PIZZA BINGO PARTICIPANTS AND STAFF To avoid overcrowding at Pizza Bingo, we encourage pre-registration. If you forget to pre-register, please call Monica at 507-333-6070 by 12 PM on the day of the event to check for availability. Walk-ins are not encouraged.     SPECIAL EVENTS . July 27th - St Paul Saints Gave vs. Worcester Red Sox at CHS Field Let’s go watch a baseball game at CHS Field in St. Paul together! We will have seats along 1st base to watch the Saints. Please note - cash is not accepted at this venue, cards only to purchase concessions. You may bring in your own water bottle. No other food or beverages allowed. They also have a clear bag only policy, dimensions must be 18” H x 14”W x 8”D or smaller. Small medical bags are allowed. All bags will be inspected at the entrance. TRIP DETAILS: Bus will leave FEC promptly at 12:00 pm (arrive by 11:45 am to load the bus) Dress for the weather (baseball caps, light jacket, sunscreen, comfortable clothes and shoes) Game usually lasts around 2-3 hours Location: CHS Field - 360 North Broadway St. St. Paul, MN Date: Sunday, July 27th Time: 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM - Game starts at 2 PM Cost: $25 (includes ticket price and transportation) Transportation sponsored by the Hannah Lips Foundation Registration cut off July 14th or once tickets are sold out.   • Summer Bowling League - Faribault

    J-Mo's Bowl (Formerly FariBowl) Grab those bowling balls and let's go bowling. The price includes two games and bowling shoes. Weekly bowling results will be given each evening. Lanes will be assigned based on requests and needs. Please be sure to arrive on time. Participants that arrive late will not be guaranteed original lane assignments and not guaranteed two games.
