Kids World - School Age Child Care Kids World is a certified & accredited fee-based child care program for children ages 3-12 operating before and after school, on most non-school days and for 10 weeks during the summer. The goal of our program is to provide a relaxed, enriched, safe and fun environment where all children are encouraged to pursue their personal interests, develop friendships and grow. We strive on our dedication to continuous program improvement and partnerships with both parents and the community. CCAP accepted at all sites. Kids World has three (3) locations at Faribault Public Schools: Lincoln, Jefferson and Roosevelt.Kids World is open from 6:30 am until school starts and after school until 6:00 pm. New for Summer and the 2024-2025 School Year: Kids World will close at 5:30 pmAll families and their school age children, no matter what school they attend, are invited to sign up for Kids World. If they do not attend Jefferson, Lincoln, or Roosevelt, they will be bussed to and from Roosevelt. Please Note: Summer Kids World is located at one site and transportation is not provided. To register for child care on days when there is not school, you must select the Non-School Day option in your Eleyo account. You can register for Non-School Days even if your child does not attend Kids World before or after school. Space for non-school days is limited. Breakfast, Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided Contracts and Rates:Your application for participation does not guarantee enrollment into Kids World. Contracts may take up to 5 days for approval. Contracts will be approved related to appropriate staff to student ratios. New registrations with an account that has an outstanding balance will not be accepted until the account has been paid in full or payment arrangements have been made. Once your contract is approved, you will receive an email confirmation from Eleyo. You will also receive a Welcome Email from the Kids World Coordinator prior to your start date. Upon contract approval a $30.00 registration fee will be charged to your method of payment. The registration fee is non-refundable. Schedule changes must be made one week in advance to avoid being charged the Drop-in rate. You may make schedule changes to your contract online. Families wanting Drop-In only, will need to select at least one date on the calendar. If unsure, choose the last day of programming. It can be changed later on but you will be billed for a minimum of one (1) day even if your child never attends.
