Food Finds

Project ABLE / Food Finds -
Project ABLE Fall/Winter 2023

Do you like to cook? If so, come and join us in making some great classic dishes and fabulous treats. Once a month, we will be creating and cooking up a storm! Learning about what it takes to put a wonderful meal together.  Water and Lemonade provided most nights. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Staff members can choose to pay and eat with us. Please register ahead of time.

September - Potluck (Favorite Picnic Food) - What's your favorite picnic food?  The main menu will be Sloppy Joes, pickles, fruit, chips, and potato salad.  Each home will bring one dish to share.  Linda will call a couple of days before the event and ask what people are bringing.

October - Apple Fritters - Sweet and savory.  We will make homemade apple fritters.

November - Carrot Cake & Zucchini Bread - The flavors of carrot, zucchini, brown sugar, and cinnamon come together to make a delicious muffin!

December - Christmas Goodies - Let's bake & make some Christmas goodies.

*This season's lower cost per class is sponsored by the United Way*
